I offer private instruction in beginning reading, writing and spelling for children in grades K-3.

Children have different learning styles and they learn to read and write on different timelines. Late bloomers can sometimes experience social or school stress. If you would like to consider providing your child with extra support outside of school, please contact me to discuss your situation. Many children flourish with explicit, sequential, instruction catered to their individual needs. I bring many years of teaching experience to my tutoring and enjoy helping young children gain skills and confidence with personalized instruction.

I tutor local students at my home office in Lake Oswego, Oregon. I can also tutor online via Zoom, with a little help from parents.
